Cloud Solution Architect (Field CTO)

The Digital Natives - Growth Markets team works with customers in the Software Development & Platform space to help them grow by leveraging the power of Azure and AI.

• Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers
• Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams
• Deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline
• Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution
• Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects
• Demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others

• Proficient in English and Korean
• Demonstrated experience creating cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS or GCP
• Technical mastery of cloud infrastructure and AI, with emphasis on resilient, secure, and optimized architecture
