About the role
The AHU Denver Recruitment & Marketing Strategist is an experienced and dynamic higher education recruiting professional, with a track record of quantifiable success. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is an excellent communicator with experience in building relationships with prospective students, representing the university at different events, planning events to promote recruitment, and creative development. They work well within a cooperative and friendly team and can work on their own and lead other team members. The primary focus of the role is to work with the AHU Denver team to develop and deliver a strong lead generation program, including all recruitment iniatives and activities, screening and driving qualified leads into the admissions pipeline. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Interacts professionally with potential customers via phone, email, texting, web conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship. Works closely with internal enrollment and marketing teams and develops cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues. Develops a strong knowledge of the universitys programs and services to facilitate the enrollment process. Manages and organizes all recruitment strategies and efforts, including representing the university at various events targeted at lead generation. Develops and delivers a strong lead generation program for higher education recruitment. Manages, nurtures, and converts inbound leads into admissions opportunities. Identifies strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities. Assesses and analyzes a prospect's current process and requirements. Segments and leverages the marketing automation database for efficient and effective campaign targeting. Monitors and analyzes day-to-day campaign performance, creates and maintains reporting metrics, and makes recommendations for optimizing campaign strategy based on data analysis. Provides engaging and articulate information about the universitys value proposition to potential customers. Meets personal targets and works towards the universitys admissions and enrollment goals.
