Join a specialized sterile compounding pharmacy focused on total parenteral nutrition (TPN) with operations spanning multiple sites. This contract-to-hire opportunity is based in Elk Grove, CA (Sacramento area) and seeks a skilled Pharmacy Technician with strong IV and TPN compounding expertise.

• Perform sterile compounding of TPN products following strict safety and quality protocols
• Utilize your knowledge of IV pharmacy practices to ensure accurate preparation and handling
• Work within the CPR+ system environment, preferred for managing compounded medications
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain inventory and fulfill nationwide shipments
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and pharmacy regulations

• Proven experience in IV sterile compounding, specifically TPN preparation
• Familiarity with CPR+ pharmacy software highly preferred
• Current California Pharmacy Technician license or nationally recognized certification (PTCB preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to aseptic techniques
• Ability to maintain flexibility in daily shift hours as operational needs evolve
