About the role
Occupational Nurse Consultant (ONC) serves as the program manager for Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) initiatives in Washington State
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and oversight of statewide Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) program expectations within the Apple Health delivery system
- Provide expert clinical consultation and policy guidance to internal staff, providers, payers, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Develop, revise, and implement agency policies, procedures, contracts, billing instructions, clinical criteria, and utilization management standards
- Collaborate across agencies, tribes, and external partners to align policies with program design and promote culturally responsive, community-driven solutions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing, an active, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license or Multi-State License, and two (2) years of the required experience below
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license or Multi-State License and three (3) years of the required experience below
- An active, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license or Multi-State License and (5) years of the required experience below
