• ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent
• Current AZ State RN License in good standing
• Current AHA BLS healthcare provider card
• Current AHA ACLS card within 9 months of hire
• AHA PALS or ENA ENPC within 12 months of hire
• TNCC or equivalent within 1 year of hire
