Responsible for serving as a shift lead in the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring the effective sterilization, decontamination, and disinfection of medical instruments.

• Serves as shift charge person in the absence of department leadership
• Ensures safe work practices for all employees
• Participates in new employee orientation, on-the-job training, in-service education, and facility process improvement initiatives

• Certified Registered Central Service Tech (CRCST) Required
• Certified Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Required
• Central Supply Tech (IAHCSMM) Required
