Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Pricing Analyst to lead and execute initiatives focused on streamlining and automating business processes across pricing. This role will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, designing automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable improvements that drive operational excellence and align with the overall organizational pricing strategies.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Document workflows, processes, and opportunities
• Monitor automated processes for performance and accuracy.
• Recommend enhancements and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to identify and execute on areas of opportunity across multiple customer segments and product lines
• Assist with translation of complex business needs into functional technical requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
