Human Resource Consultant 2 | WCC
Responsibilities
- Providing consultation, advice, guidance and support to managers, supervisors, and staff regarding multiple and diverse human resource issues and processes
- Interpreting and providing clarification of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Federal Laws, Washington Administrative Code (WACs) and Revised Code of Washington (RCWs), DOC, HR and Division or Facility specific personnel policies/procedures
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years of broad-based human resources experience
