• Develop plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for roadway projects
• Coordinate with technicians, interns, consultants, and specialty groups
• Prepare quantities and cost estimates
• Draft special provisions
• Manage schedules
• Review work for quality
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
