About the role
Provide specialized nursing care for patients with liver, kidney, and pancreatic diseases, including those who have undergone organ transplants.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to transplant recipients and patients with related disorders
- Monitoring patient status and responding effectively to changes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Floating to various units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience working with liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients
