Senior Staff Application Engineer, ServiceNow, Core
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and CMDB
- Lead technical implementation and design for the ServiceNow suite of applications
- Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and other critical internal and external systems
- Establish and own the comprehensive data governance framework for the CMDB and data model
- Act as the foremost subject matter expert and technical mentor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field
- 15 years of experience working with software development, system design and systems integration
- 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow, designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework in an enterprise environment
