School Behavior Specialist

This position is located in Hanover, PA, supporting K-8th grade students within an elementary school setting. The role involves working with a severe behaviors population, requiring flexibility as you will float between multiple schools.

• Implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collecting data
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to support students with challenging behaviors

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Ability to work with K-8th grade students exhibiting severe behaviors
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to float between multiple schools
