• Lead personalization for the Apple TV app for TV, Movies, and Sports content
• Drive customer delight and engagement by creating a more simple, more effortless TV viewing experience
• Blend curation, algorithms, and new technologies to innovate how customers find what to watch
• Build consensus with several cross-functional teams around both a long-term vision and short-term features that show measurable outcomes
• Partner with data science teams and align with business and editorial teams to set common metrics for success
• Write clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features
• Work with engineering teams to deliver features, validating with internal betas and AB tests
• Create internal and external go-to-market messaging, socialize outcomes, and champion iterations for features
• Take strong positions based on evidence, but be willing to make smart compromises

• 8+ years of product experience in content personalization
• Experience with the full product lifecycle, from vision and requirements to build, launch, marketing, analysis, iteration and sunset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify while keeping clarity
• Ability to independently create and deliver winning presentations and align diverse partners to a shared vision
• Expertise with product analytics, customer insights, and data storytelling
• Fluency with experimentation and using AB testing for feature validation
• Willingness to travel between Apple offices as needed
