Correction Specialist 4 Medicaid Transformation Project - Office of Tribal Relations Tumwater, WA - Project Salary Range: $5,956 –$8,012 Monthly (Non-Represented)

• Manage the development and implementation of healthcare improvement initiatives related to the MPT -1115 waiver and coordination with the Indian health care delivery system in Washington State
• Coordinate, provide consultation to, and work in partnership within the Office of Tribal Affairs,HealthCare Authority,acrossDOCdivisions,withTribes,andNative-led,Native-servingorganizationsplusotherstate agencies and interested parties
• Provide education and/orclarificationviapresentationsorconstructivefeedbacktoothersinunderstandingthe Indianhealthcaresystemandhowthe1115waiver could be used to support and/or harm Indigenous (Tribal) communities

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, social work, health administration, or a related field
• Four years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience
• Eight years of experience working with Indian Health Service or Tribal Clinic operations, conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience
