• Oversee assessment, problem identification, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and coordination of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide leadership in the delivery of care and nursing practice.
• Interact with staff and contribute to professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and executive leaders.
• Advocate for protections and rights of patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Accept organizational accountability for services in assigned areas.
• Promote a learning environment for health outcomes.
• Comply with corporate compliance plan, ANA Code of Ethics, and other regulatory standards.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Two years progressive management experience.
• Pediatric and NICU experience preferred.
• Five years or more of nursing experience with two years in leadership roles preferred.
• Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in a health-related field highly preferred.
