This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. In addition, this position coordinates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, this role maintains accurate documentation and patient records. The value you'll bring to the team: Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care. Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.
