• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of highly skilled algorithm engineers
• Define technical strategy for sensing algorithms
• Drive the technology roadmap for sensing algorithms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
• Guide the entire algorithm lifecycle
• Oversee the development of software toolchains and validation infrastructure

• BS and a minimum of 20 years relevant industry experience
• BS/MS in a relevant technical discipline
• 10+ years of industry experience in algorithm development
• At least 5 years in a formal leadership role
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: signal processing, image processing, estimation/inference, or machine learning
