Senior Manager, Senior Counsel - Artificial Intelligence

As a member of Capital One’s Tech Reg Legal Business Counsel team, you’ll apply your legal, strategic, and analytical skills to programs and initiatives driving Capital One’s most innovative technology and solutions. You’ll dive in to understand the processes, governance, and products that Capital One’s Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI teams deliver to the enterprise, and be the legal partner that supports cutting edge innovation and responsible Artificial Intelligence development.

• Apply legal, strategic, and analytical skills to programs and initiatives driving Capital One's most innovative technology and solutions
• Dive in to understand the processes, governance, and products that Capital One's Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI teams deliver to the enterprise
• Be the legal partner that supports cutting edge innovation and responsible Artificial Intelligence development
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Legal Department to fully evaluate and scale risk
• Work to push responsible innovation in challenging gray areas

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate, or as in-house counsel
