School Occupational Therapist

Provide occupational therapy services within a K-12 school setting located in Huntsville, TX. This contract role is designed for an experienced Occupational Therapist able to fulfill both evaluation and therapeutic responsibilities, supporting students’ developmental and educational needs.

• Complete three comprehensive student evaluations by February 13th
• Conduct student observations to assess occupational therapy needs
• Prepare detailed reports reflecting student progress and evaluation findings
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding therapy plans and student outcomes
• Maintain strict compliance with all school policies and licensure requirements
• Work onsite exclusively, providing hands-on support within the school environment

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
• Strong evaluation, observation, and report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with parents and educational staff
• Ability to manage a very part-time schedule with focused deliverables
