Food Service Worker, Full-Time, Permanent, Washington Soldiers Home

• Distribute food in a safe and sanitary manner
• Ensure nutritional needs of residents are met
• Prepare food and monitor storage methods
• Clean and sanitize equipment and area
• Monitor refrigeration units for outdated products
• Set up and serve food orders
• Refill condiments and napkins
• Set up and monitor salad bar

• Possession of, or the ability to obtain a Washington state food worker card
• Proficient in the English language
• Must be able to pass a DSHS BCCU Background Check
• Must comply with annual Tuberculin Screening
• Requires medical evaluation, fit testing, training, and use of respiratory protection
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance
