Area Sales Manager - Sherwin-Williams Careers
Continuous contact with Sales Reps, and technician reporting , cooperating within different departments (R&D, tech center, logistics and production), continuous contact with the Sales Manager. Outside the company: constant contact with customers and with Sales and Tech team, business development with strategic customers and support to his subordinates. Continuous commercial development and supervision of Demos and first productions with customers. Implementation of business strategies and support in the growth of the team.
Responsibilities - managing sales and tech team - ensuring business growth at the customer in the subordinate area (selection of products and technologies, solving problems, product consulting) - supervision and support in the projects of his subordinate’s team members - project management - supporting and inspiring Sales Reps to establish cooperation with new customers - establishing business contacts - analysis of customer needs - co-creation of budgets - analysis of market trends - competition analysis, competitor product analysis - building relationships with customers - planning and reporting activities in the CRM system - taking care of a positive image of the company - cooperation within the company with other departments - training for customers - ensuring the company's policy fulfilment - internal training for co-workers - participation in product and technological trainings and fairs
Qualifications Min 5 years of work in a Sales or Tech role, knowledge of coating systems for wood, glass, plastics, furniture industry specifications and direct contact with the customer. Sales driven person with excellent knowledge of furniture production industries, painting processes, knowledge of painting equipment and technologies, knowledge of PU, Acrylic, Water-based solvent-based, UV, Polyester, Epoxy varnishes, general knowledge of wood and wood-based materials. Excellent commercial skills to cooperate with the customers. Planning and organization own and others working time, supervising other teams member projects, attention to detail, communicativeness, cooperation, ability to analyze and draw conclusions, strong negotiation skills, ability to set priorities, perseverance in achieving goals. MS Office, Teams and CRM system good knowledge English Good written and verbal skills
