Caffe Macs Steward

The Steward is a key part of our Caffé Macs team. You will maintain kitchen prep and production areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner following established cleaning procedures and schedules.

• Maintain kitchen prep and production areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner
• Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
• Remove all garbage, break down, clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of each shift
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested

• Ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English
• Understanding and ability to follow safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
• Well groomed in appearance at all times and wear non-slip shoes every single day
