We are seeking a Travel Case Management (Utilization Review) RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team in Sitka, AK. As a Travel Case Management (Utilization Review) RN (Registered Nurse), you will be responsible for managing travel case management (utilization review) for patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care, and developing and implementing care plans for patients.

• Manage travel case management (utilization review) for patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
• Provide education and support to patients and families

• BLS certification
• RN licensure
