Director of Operations

The Director, Operations acts as the liaison between Premier Anesthesia Corporate and the hospital clients. The Director performs analysis and modeling to support the financial and clinical operations of Anesthesia practices in assigned regions.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Masters degree or equivalent experience
• 20% - 30% travel
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce CRM
• Strong management and organizational design skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Solid interpersonal and management abilities
• Ability to change organizational structures to enhance business profitability
