About the role

This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services within a K-12 school setting in El Dorado, AR. The role focuses on supporting students’ communication development through effective therapy interventions tailored to diverse pediatric needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports
  • Utilize teletherapy methods when appropriate to ensure consistent student engagement
  • Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required

Requirements

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy
  • Knowledge of school-based speech-language services and educational regulations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed
