• Be become part of the team that works across all Sky platforms and channels covering Sports, Movies and Entertainment
• Be responsible for the delivery of high-end file-based content including UHD and HDR
• Gain, or bring, experience in a live studio environment including VT playout and EVS editing for production including sports and entertainment broadcasted by Sky
• Provide a consistently high level of customer service and excellent client focus
• Work alongside and with in other departments within Content Services, utilising industry best practices to deliver a first-class service to all clients, whether internal or external
• Be able to work on a rotating shift pattern that covers 24 hrs / 7 days per week

• A desire to develop or start your career in the broadcasting industry
• Further education in media, broadcast or related technology with graduate level being advantageous
• Be able to demonstrate interest and engagement in media related activities
• A demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with an ability to react quickly in line with the nature of a live and transmission critical role
• Aptitude for learning and motivation for continuous development as a multi-skilled operator
• Excellent organisation skills with clear, effective communication
• An ability to take responsibility for certain areas of work and be proactive with problem-solving
• Experience of working in a broadcast environment is desirable as is an understanding of broadcast systems and production processes
• Able to actively adapt to change and aid the continuing progress of the department as a whole
• A proactive approach and ability to show evidence of determination and desire to succeed
• Be helpful, positive and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
