Principal TPM Manager

The E+D Growth team is looking for an accomplished TPM Manager to drive the next level of growth for M365 Copilot and the M365 subscription.

• Creating cross-organizational programs to drive projects with E+D-wide scope
• Define and evaluate metrics for success and sustaining health
• Partner closely with leadership in Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing
• Present complex, often technical plans to executives at some of the highest levels of E+D
• Become a subject matter expert on systems that drive the engines of growth for Microsoft 365 and Windows apps and services
• Improve efficiency in a constantly evolving environment
• Helping the team of 400 leverage AI to increase productivity and impact

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering or product/technical program management
• OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 5+ years people management experience
• 5+ years experience working in an enterprise technology firm
• Experience developing or evolving complex backend systems and services
• Experience working with commerce or related systems
