Manager, Project Management - Card Data Products

As a member of Card Data Products Center of Excellence (CDP CoE), you will be part of a cross-functional team defining & delivering one of the biggest data initiatives at Capital One on Card Data Products.

• Collaborating with CoE program and intent leads in prioritizing reqs, resources & establishing milestones and ensuring critical milestone delivery within EWI timeline.
• Communication & Reporting - Establishing and running program ceremonies for tracking progress, risks & dependencies & spotlighting wins to stakeholders.
• Risk Management - Identifying & mitigating risk to program delivery and tracking & monitoring all risk & remediation plans.
• Scope & Change Management - Managing EWI change control artifacts and change process for Card Data Products delivery.
• Resource Planning - Collaborating with CoE program and intent leads in defining roles & responsibilities to ensure accountability as well as identifying workstream leads & delivery teams.
• Enterprise Coordination - Sync up with Enterprise on inputs & timelines required with EWI program milestones.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
