Program Manager IV, Strategy Execution

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor is also responsible for managing strategic, enterprise-wide, cross-regional, and/or multi-disciplinary programs to drive exceptional business value for KP

• Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members
• Builds relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers

• Minimum two (2) years experience working with senior leadership to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic program management
• Minimum one (1) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
