Special Ed Teacher

An opportunity is available for a Behavior Special Education Teacher to support an elementary school caseload in Dallas, TX. This contract role is scheduled from ASAP through May 22, 2026, providing a consistent 40-hour work week. The position focuses on delivering specialized educational services tailored to meet the needs of students requiring behavioral support within the special education spectrum.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Promote positive behavioral interventions and support social-emotional development

• Valid Texas Special Education License EC-12
• Proven experience working effectively within special education settings, particularly with behavioral caseloads
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering inclusive classroom environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
