Sr. Health Economist, HTA & Health Economics

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Health Economics, the Sr. Health Economist supports the development of strategic, evidence-based economic components of HTA submission projects

• Leadership on the conception and development of strategic, evidence-based economic components of HTA submission projects
• Technical leadership on cost-effectiveness model build projects
• Contribute to health economic thought leadership
• Monitor payer landscape and analyzes potential impacts or emerging trends
• Initiate, develop and nurture client relationships
• Mentor/coach staff in decision-analytic modelling
• Participate in business development initiatives

• Graduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in evidence synthesis, decision-analytic modelling, and HTA reimbursement submissions
• Advanced knowledge and experience with programming cost-utility models in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to synthesize, interpret, and communicate economic data
