Seasonal Registered Nurse PCU Medical PRN Nights

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is tasked with providing and supervising both direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age-specific groups

• Provides and supervises both direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age-specific groups
• Makes appropriate decisions and interventions and nursing diagnosis according to patients actual or potential health conditions or needs
• Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for the patient
• Prioritizes and completes follow up assessments, evaluates and modifies plan of care as needed
• Demonstrates the ability to assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition
• Follows strict infection prevention precautions
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience by abiding to compassion and image standards and fostering excellent nurse-patient relationships
• Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team by completing thorough hand off communication in all situations

• Associate's of Nursing
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS
• NIHSS
