Agency Engagement Director

• Setting strategic direction, evaluating tactical distribution situations, and formulating plans across our brokers.
• Leveraging our internal capabilities to provide solutions throughout our broker partnerships across the business and strengthening our value proposition.
• Lead relationship and execution of consumer and commercial strategies for national producers and aligned with local agreements to deliver increased retention and new business production.
• Development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading brokers / agents client facing teams and ability to meet industry market needs.
• Able to operate within a fast-paced industry and being able to adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment.
• Project management skills are required to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results-oriented strategies with producers / sponsors.
• Ability to assess needs of brokers and clients base and turn those needs into winning client acquisition and retention strategies
