Technical Lead - Chubb External Careers
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
- Guiding the team in transition from waterfall and Agile Development(scrum).
- Facilitating the Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies.
- Remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions and distractions on daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables.
- Encourage and implement process improvements. Create Team Building opportunities.
- Worked closely with Product Owners, coordinating Product Backlog Grooming and Story Estimation.
- Diligently prepare and collate project progress/status, issues and risks.
- Closely work with teams to adhere DOD and DOR to deliver quick and quality.
- Closely monitor defect backlog and work with teams to refine, prioritize and resolve them within SLA.
- Responsible for capacity planning, resource planning for new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP).
- Proficiency in web development technologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Domain knowledge in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ability to combine deep business and product knowledge with technical know-how
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering user-centered products.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
