Senior Software Engineer

Azure is a global cloud platform that enables individuals and organizations to achieve more. In addition to public cloud offerings, Azure also supports large-scale internal Microsoft services such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Bing, Structured Query Language (SQL), and others.

• Design and develop distributed cloud software services that are engineered for scale, availability, high performance, and high reliability.
• Own and deliver complete features including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, and shipping.
• Collaborate with partner teams across the world to drive key Azure Core Allocator capabilities.
• Deliver high quality of service to Azure customers through live-site excellence.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to production deployment and ongoing support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years software engineering experience with C#, Java, and/or C++
• 5+ years software engineering experience in multi-threaded, asynchronous, and/or systems programming.
