About the role

The Applications team is looking for an experienced Producer to coordinate, drive, and own the development of design deliverables for software initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, drive, and own the development of design deliverables for software initiatives
  • Support a team of designers who craft the UI for Apple software experiences
  • Ensure the timely delivery of design deliverables
  • Strategically drive design development by being highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and perceptive
  • Manage and track the day-to-day progress of the design team
  • Work to ensure that roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved
  • Collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional partners to define priorities, align schedules, navigate the approval process, and drive decision-making
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, and communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years Design Producer or UX Program Manager experience
  • Track record collaborating with creatives and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences
  • Experience supporting software / apps with deep and complex UX interaction models
  • Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
