Knowledge Management and Training Specialist - Management Analyst 3
Responsibilities
- Creating role-based training and knowledge management materials
- Working closely with the CORE project training team and business owners
- Writing and proofreading knowledge management content
- Enhancing knowledge management materials through the strategic use of visuals, graphics, lists, video, etc.
- Collaborating with other content authors
- Providing writing, editing, and design support to other content authors
- Publishing approved training content packages
- Contributing to the management of training and knowledge management repositories and governance activities
- Providing end-user software training, coaching, tier one support, and Q&A support
- Establishing and maintaining regular two-way communication with business owners, team members, and the project team
Requirements
- Proven experience performing technical writing responsibilities
- Proven experience in identifying problems, analyzing business, management or technology needs
- Demonstrated experience in planning, supporting, or implementing business process improvement or organizational change efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and/or interpret complex business process maps
- Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex ideas
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following competency areas: Customer Focus, Researching and Gathering Information, Analysis, Communication, Teaching and Training, Managing Change, Consultation, Functional and Technical Skills
