About the role

The Worldwide Service Supply Demand Product Planner will manage demand forecasting and planning for a part of the AppleCare business. The candidate needs to be confident in working with cross-functional teams and in using analytics to build and improve forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage demand forecasting and planning for a part of the AppleCare business
  • Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends and adjust to meet an ever-evolving demand landscape
  • Communicate data analysis and forecast impacts to a broad audience of AppleCare internal customers
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Procurement, Channels, Readiness, Capacity Planning, and Supply Planning
  • Standardize deliverables and ensure adherence to commitments

Requirements

  • BS degree, 5 years in a service, manufacturing, logistics operation or equivalent
  • Experience in forecasting or planning
  • Adept at merging data from a variety of sources to generate conclusions through analysis
  • Expertise in creating reports and analytics dashboards in Tableau
