About the role

Supports Flight Operations Employee Engagement & DEI team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience. Supports Flight Operations events strategy and coordinates event planning and logistics. Assists in measuring success of events and initiatives. Collaborates with cross-departmental teams, including Flight Operations Communications team, Propel, Pilot Outreach, and Training & Standards to effectively implement and communicate engagement initiatives. Anticipates challenges and roadblocks and plans appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Flight Operations Employee Engagement & DEI team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Supports Flight Operations events strategy and coordinates event planning and logistics.
  • Assist in measuring success of events and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with cross-departmental teams, including Flight Operations Communications team, Propel, Pilot Outreach, and Training & Standards to effectively implement and communicate engagement initiatives.
  • Anticipates challenges and roadblocks and plans appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, engagement, marketing, or related field.
  • Must have established organization skills and dedication to teamwork.
  • Must be curious, proactive, self-starting, highly motivated, people oriented, and reliable.
  • Must have a demonstrated experience executing multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be willing to travel and work evenings.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
