About the role

The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible to lead Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the stand-up and evolution of the Skills Framework and Strategic Workforce Planning function by delivering Workforce Planning Skills solutions.
  • Actively participate in projects and own activities around executing the Skills framework, generate new ideas and help solve problems, provide hands-on delivery, and create insightful findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in at least 2 of the following: transformation, risk remediation, strategic workforce planning / learning / talent development
  • Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning.
