About the role

The Department of Social and Health Services Child Study & Treatment Center (CSTC) is seeking a Psychologist 4 to join our highly dedicated Psychology Department at Child Study and Treatment Center (CSTC).

Responsibilities

  • Direct therapeutic intervention and documentation
  • Clinical and administrative supervision of psychology students
  • Treatment planning and progress reviews
  • Prepare for, and attend, various departmental meetings and trainings
  • Provide consultation and training to colleagues and staff

Requirements

  • Doctor of Psychology, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited University
  • Training and experience with child and adolescent population
  • Chemical Dependency Assessment, Prevention, and Treatment
  • Developmental Theory/Developmental Teaching Model
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Functional Family Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy
  • Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Milieu Management
  • Evidence-based Models of Treatment
  • Exposure to juvenile forensics
