About the role
The Department of Social and Health Services Child Study & Treatment Center (CSTC) is seeking a Psychologist 4 to join our highly dedicated Psychology Department at Child Study and Treatment Center (CSTC).
Responsibilities
- Direct therapeutic intervention and documentation
- Clinical and administrative supervision of psychology students
- Treatment planning and progress reviews
- Prepare for, and attend, various departmental meetings and trainings
- Provide consultation and training to colleagues and staff
Requirements
- Doctor of Psychology, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited University
- Training and experience with child and adolescent population
- Chemical Dependency Assessment, Prevention, and Treatment
- Developmental Theory/Developmental Teaching Model
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Functional Family Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy
- Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Milieu Management
- Evidence-based Models of Treatment
- Exposure to juvenile forensics
