Leadership Development Manager

Responsible for providing consultation services to leadership regarding development and implementation of strategies. This roles trains leaders to create and sustain high-performing teams with high employee engagement and low turnover. This position works collaboratively at both organization and facility levels to ensure effective performance monitoring and management processes.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an education or business discipline
• 3 internal consultation and corporate training experience working with senior managers
