Motor Claims Adjuster Team Lead

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle liability disputed motor damage and theft claims
• Determine whether to accept and deny a claim based on all documentation received
• Utilize acceptable investigation claims handling and settlement techniques
• Maintain accurate system data and documentation
• Identify subrogation opportunities and fraud potential and make appropriate referrals

• Several years of experience working in motor damage handling
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Requires proficiency in Desk Management, phone etiquette, time management and dealing with difficult customer
• Experience leading a team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Handle technical referrals from other claim handlers
