About the role

The VP, GenAI Quality Engineering & Assurance will lead GenAI enabled quality engineering efforts across key programs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed QA organization with a focus on innovation, quality-first development, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute a modern QA strategy incorporating automation, performance, security testing, and GenAI-enabled testing practices.
  • Champion the adoption of test automation frameworks and continuous testing across agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Embed quality engineering into the software development lifecycle in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
  • Support strategic programs including SCUP, Claims, Japan Transformation, Data Engineering, and myAIG, ensuring quality assurance at every phase.
  • Drive GenAI-based transformation initiatives to modernize QA processes, enhance test data generation, and enable intelligent automation.
  • Manage large-scale QA programs across multiple scrum teams, focusing on end-to-end functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making through quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Engage with key business and technology stakeholders to align QA practices with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/ML, test engineering, and cloud-native testing tools to continuously enhance QE&A capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and contribute to audit and risk management processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Information Technology with 8+ years in Quality Engineering & Assurance, including leadership of global QA programs.
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in QA tools and frameworks: Rally, ALM, Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Eclipse IDE, JIRA, BDD with Cucumber, and data testing platforms.
  • Proficiency in GenAI Architecture, LLMs
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Stash, and Git.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Solution Architecture (Test Solutions), Continuous Testing, Non-Functional Testing, and Agile QA frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build financial models, executive dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and manage performance metrics.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex global organizations.
  • Advanced knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Governance, Risk Management, Vendor Management, and Compliance.
