• Serve as the escalation point for Chennai site network issues
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain networking and security equipment
• Troubleshooting of complex incidents
• Actively participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Coordinate with service providers, hardware/software vendors, and technical support partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in network engineering
• Proven expertise in Wireless implementation, operations, and troubleshooting
• Strong multi-vendor background
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols
