• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and partner teams to deliver a set of features with the right overall design and architecture.
• Drive cross-org alignment through partnerships and co-development following the “One Microsoft” philosophy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years developing AI-powered applications or integrating AI/ML features into product features.
• 2+ years experience as an engineering manager, or a technical lead with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
