About the role
The Field Sales Manager (FSM) for Public Sector will manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) who promote to our new and existing Public Sector accounts related to different public entities across Canada
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of high performing FSRs and build a growth culture
- Build executive relationships with customers and influence long-term strategic direction
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
- Represent your territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings
- Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management
- Leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
