• Manage Boiler and Machinery Risk Control services and staff in a defined region
• Support local business strategies
• Deliver quality risk assessments and support the claim process
• Ensure quality inspection and service delivery
• Manage relationships with local business partners
• Lead talent and staff development
• Actively seek new talent throughout manufacturing and service industries

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• National Board “Inservice Commission”
• Six years of experience in the boiler and machinery industry or a related field
