Systems Development Manager, ADC2S

AWS established a specialized group of service teams responsible for the work we are doing with the U.S. Intelligence Community to build Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) environments. We are looking for a motivated technical leader to own and grow a team of highly skilled Technical Engineers, who will deploy and operate EC2 Services for critical workloads in the ADC regions.

• Owning and growing a team of skilled Technical Engineers
• Deploying and operating EC2 Services for critical workloads
• Providing development and operational support for critical software infrastructure components
• Hiring and developing the best talent for the team
• Driving operational excellence in everything we do

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant hands-on systems development experience
• 4+ years experience leading a high-performing engineering/operations/systems administration team
• 6+ years of experience as an Engineering people manager
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
