Manager, Ministry Formation in Remote, | Mission Integration

The Manager, Ministry Formation on the System Office team is responsible for management of Formation programs that serve audiences across our healing Ministry.

• Manage multiple existing and some new programs: logistics, curriculum, implementation, facilitator training, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate in multiple programs and with teams across the ministry, ensuring strong engagement, outcomes, and growth.
• Create, evaluate and revise work plans and delivery processes needed to directly provide programs, services and resources to implement the Ministry Formation Portfolio.
• Collaborate with others to integrate ministry identity within key areas of assignment and accountability and through specific initiatives, programs and priorities.
• Foster a culture of theological and spiritual reflection, ethical discernment and Mission and Values within teams and areas of responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Spirituality, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, Healthcare Mission Leadership, Ethics, Servant Leadership, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1 year applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
